What Causes Pain In And Around The Rib Cage After Intercourse?

Hi, I have been sexually active for about four months now, I m 24, and lately during sexual intercourse, instead of feeling pleasure I get a sharp pain on my right side towards my rib cage/back. The spots that my boyfriend usually gets me off on are now causing me this sharp pain. We are on birth control, so my question is, what could be causing this issue for me?

Its look like simple muscular skeletal pain.but if u getting continues pain and difficulty in breathing it can be serious problem like pulmonary embolism even.coz u already on ocp and there is remote chance. If problem comes only with sex its unlikely and try analgasic
