What Causes Pain In Ankles Of Both Legs While Moving?

I am 73 years old male.I am having pain in my both legs front ankles while walking/standing for more than 2 minutes It is worsening now .As on today I am unable to put my foot on ground without Dr Scholls massage chappal as both soles are paining as foot comes in contact with ground.

I had undergone open heart by pass surgery in 1993 by Dr .Ramakant Panda.Vein from my left leg was used for grafting. Whom should I contact & what shall I do?
