What Causes Pain In Ankles While Walking?

Hello Dr. i am Shashank, age 34, weight 75 kg s. Sir when i am walking i feel ankle pain. it is from last 3 years, firstly it started in left leg, after 1 and a half year it started in right leg also...but now a days right leg getting pain more than left leg. 3 years back i feel this pain during running on treadmill. After stop running i got relief...but again it started now. i consult with the doctor, suggested me to test uric acid level & x-ray. but both reports are normal. no sign to increase bone. but still i feel pain during walk specially in the night when i get up from my bed. now i m confused what would i do.

Hello dear, welcome Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think you get tested also for rheumatoid arthritis doing antiacids antibodies.
Also another possibility it that the pain may come from tendinitis due to the overuse of te tendons.
Repetitive movements and hard work on legs can be the causes of your problems.
