What Causes Pain In Arm And Ankle After Landing On Palm?

On January 17 I tripped over my cats tail and the steps outside and fell down about 3 concrete steps and landed on my left hand palm area, it turned blue, very swollen, delicate to the touch and my right ankle hurts also. Now my whole left arms hurts and my ankle still hurts, I have not been to the doctor yet, but I am thinking I should go?
