What Causes Pain In Arm And Chest With Tingling Sensation In Arm?

I hit my bicep pretty hard on a doorknob and now my left arm is sensitive to touch and sometimes tingly. I also feel a little bit of pain in my upper chest. I can't tell if this is due to the injury or if it is cardiovascular related. I am 29, female with mitral valve prolapse.
