What Causes Pain In Arm Around Elbow Area?

Hi ive had a pain in my arm or around the elbow area for about a month or two now its not goin away i cant fully extend it, hurts to make a fist, what would you recommend or what doctor, i havent done anything i can remember that could have caused it.
