What Causes Pain In Arm Of A Person With Repaired Rotator Cuff?
had roator cuff rep[aired several years ago. i nwas pullin on a rope and neck and shoulder started hurting about 3 weeks ago / the pain went away and now has returned after slepping on my right side with my arm out at a 11 oclock postion awaken by that same pain
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern. According to your symptoms you might have injured rotator cuff by sleeping on same side. you should try to sleep straight in future. You can use ointment containing diclofenac along menthol & lineseed oil such as volini. It will give you pain relief. You can also take muscle relaxants such as chlorxoxazone, it will correct any spasm in muscle.
If pain persist visit a orthopedition
Hope this information helps
