What Causes Pain In Arm Radiating To Breast And Lightheadedness?

I have a hx of angio plasty with a stint since 1998.

Last week woke in am with pain in left side..since that time has moved to under my left breast and in my breast, off andon sensations of chest pain front and back, lightheadedness several times in the last week. Is this an issue. ALso have hx of fibromyalgia and sleep apenea. Have been dizzy before and chest pain off &on...the breast pain is new. It is troublesome when these pains happen to me. ANd then I feel like its my imagination ...whatever
