What Causes Pain In Arm, Under Rib Cage, Back And Sternum Area?

I have a hiatal hernia. Recently, I have been having pain under my right ribcage, under my right arm, and in the middle of my back. Occassionally, it even hurts in my sternum area. I do not think this is heart related. Could it by my hernia? My back is killing me!

Discussion:- The possible reason of retrosternal epigastric pain could be due to hyperacidity, heart disease, infection, functional.
Medication:- Initially this can be managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day at evening time.
Advise:- EKG, need to be get done, avoid coffee, smoking, alcohol, spicy food prior to bed.
Comments:- age and gender information is not given else something more specific could have been advised.
