What Causes Pain In Arm When Suffering From Foraminal Stenonis?

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with right foraminal stenonis, although it was moderate, I am having severe pain and numbness on my right side and right arm. I have been seeing a chiropractor and taking naproxen however the pain is sometimes severe and also my arm tends to simply freezeup and my fingers curl in. what other treatment can I look at?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this is called degenerative disease of spinal cord if this is confirmed then surgical intervention can be thought or in alternative with traction or activity modification can be tried else no need to try anything else, hope this information helps, take care.
