What Causes Pain In Arm,leg And Head?

I am 36 years old, 5' 6",157 lbs and I have right sided pressure and pain to include right arm, leg and head. I also have sacral pain which makes it hard to sit or stand up from sitting. I also have lower digestive issues and uterus/ cervical pain with spotting. I have had an ultrasound of uterus which was normal and a MRI of L spine and C spine which was normal. Labs was also normal. What can be wrong? I am tired of having these issues.
