What Causes Pain In Arms During Pregnancy?

I am 27 weeks pregnant and for a little over a month I have been experiencing severe arm wrist and hand pain. It starts in my arm working its way down to my wrist then to my hands causing them to be numb I mentioned it to my dr but he just disregarded it like it was due to pregnancy but I occurs on both arms more so my right. It wakes me up some nights and all I can do is cry. Night isn t the only time it occurs and it s like an off and on type thing

The pain over both arms with numbness can be part of cervical cord nerve compression or else which can be a separate entity than pregnancy related changes. Kindly get checked with an expert orthopedic specialist for the same and get necessary guidelines of evaluation accordingly.
