What Causes Pain In Arms With History Of Bulging Disc?
i had surgery 3 years ago on my neck, i had a bulging disc on my spinal cord, they said it had nearly turned back, i have done good, but now i have started having pain in both arms, woke up one morning pain all the way down my left arm couldn t hardly move it hurt real bad, my hand also start locking up, also have in both arms, my joints and on top of my shouders, i work every day, I also have pain running across my lower right back in my hip and butt and down my leg, what do you recommend and what medicne over the counter is the best?

Hi,
It was spondylosis have good results after surgery. Basically the cause lies in weakness of bones, ligaments of vertebral column increases as age advances, due to natural degenerative changes. It seems same thing has happened to cause recurrence and extension of problems. In acute exacerbation, pain medicines over the counter / injection Voveran can help. Along with it, complete rest / hot or cold packs would help. Once acute pain is controlled, you need to get fresh MRI of cervical, thoracic and lumber spines, get them assessed by a spinal surgeon and follow the advise given (medicines, physiotherapy or surgery as per need).
