What Causes Pain In At Back Of The Ear?

iv been experience pain in the back of my left ear (around the neck area), it started for no reason. i was in the store pushing an empty shopping cart and all the sudden it started hurting. its been hurting for a few days now. when i move my head to the left it hurts, but if i move to the right i dont feel any pain.

It looks like that you have developed a condition called as sterocleido tendinitis. The most common cause for which is abnormal sleeping position. Please meet a physiotherapist as he will be in the best position to help you. Thanks
