What Causes Pain In Back After Consumption Of Spoiled Bread?

I ate bread that I didn't see mold on but i questioned it when I ate it.. In the dark with only the tv on. Other pieces has a small amount after I has already eaten it. I'm have back pain on the right side at the bottom of my ribs. Also my belly keeps rumbling. Will this pass?

Dear patient, you have developed indigestion and bloating because of eating the stale bread with molds on it, thats all.all you need is a few days of healthy diet, light food, easy to digest and antacids and prokinetics like rabiprazole, ranitidine, domeperidone for symptomatic ease. Even without treatment you shall be alright in 2-3 days. If you still have trouble, meet your GP, as only he can prescribe you drugs needed. Get well soon!
