What Causes Pain In Back And Abdomen Along With Frequent Urination During Pregnancy?

im currently 31 weeks and my baby has dropped and im feeling extra amounts of pressure and this is my 4th pregnancy. I do get low dull backaches and I have to pee a lot more often now. I also have been experiencing pains in my lower abdomen. should I be concerned?

Hello sir, it will really very discomforting and too much to bear type pain with extreme perspiration may upto faintness in heart attack. you might be suffering from a gas trouble due to heavy diet as you said. take tablets for that. you will feel better.
