What Causes Pain In Back And Chest After Workouts?

age 19 weight 163 i workout and run alot......it feels like something is stabbing me in my back just on the left side also chest hurts out of the blue for a few seconds then goes away...to the left of my belly button i got frost bite my insides around that area hurt sometimes i also take longer then i use to too pee then i did before
