What Causes Pain In Back And Head With Body Sinking After Fall?

Sir my father is High B.P. Patient. due to not taking medicines of B.p. he fell down in Bathroom and he has some injury on back portion of head. He is taking medicines for it also. But from last evening he is feeling strech in the back portion and back portion of brain. Also he is feeling sinking in the body. What is the reason?

Hello,

I suspect of possible internal bleeding or head hematoma. I think to check it out with his caring doctor and neurologist to make sure his head and brain is not having complications from hit trauma.
