What Causes Pain In Back And Middle Of Chest?

My back have been hurting in the top center ,and when I lay down I have to lay on my side can t lay on my back because it s hurt in the middle of ny chest and my chest feel sore now and I keep belching,what could it be feels a little better when I take ibuprofen

With this presentation, I think the problem might be gastritis. Ibuprofen would instead worsen the condition after. I would suggest you try an antacid in association with another drug like omeprazole. ranitidine or cimetidine for about two weeks. You will feel much better.
