i got my answer, after reading your comments given below, regarding cyclopam, same question i was going to ask but ya one more thing i want to know that whenever i get up in the morning den i faced a regular pain in my back and also in stomach from last one month. my age is 25, a working girl i have to do work on computer, so i have to sit 6-7 hr.
Pain in back after waking up may be related to para-spinal muscle spasm or else. Following measures will help you: - Avoid sudden bending or weight lifting - Avoid slipping on much soft mattress - Control body weight - Control of blood sugar, pressure and cholesterol levels - Anti-inflammatory or analgesic medications such as Diclofenac, Ibuprofen, Tizanidine or others - Assisted physiotherapy
