What Causes Pain In Back/hips And Bloating?

I've been feeling really weird lately and I'm not sure why - My stomach feels completely off and I have these pains in my lower back that are now along with my hips now, I've gained unexplained weight, and I feel bloated. I've been reading online what could possibly be wrong with me and I could either be pregnant or have ovarian cancer. I have yet to take a pregnancy test because I don't know if it would be too early or not. Can you help me?
