What Causes Pain In Back/leg/calf/feet While Diagnosed With Haemangioma In L3 Disc?

I have a haemangioma in L3 disc it was diagnosed about 5 years ago and I am now having pain across my lower back down my right leg severe on the outside of my calf and into my feet. I am 63 and weight 82 kg and am 5'4
I have been taking Mobic for about 12 months with 1 panadol oesteo and I have now increased the panadol to 2 twice a day
