What Causes Pain In Back Of Head And Neck And Dizziness?

I have a pounding pain in the back of my neck/ head and it sometimes jumps to the front of my head and I still have the pounding neck pain. Also when its really bad I turn my head to either side and I get a cloudy dizzy light headed feeling. but the pain in the back of my neck is constant.
