What Causes Pain In Back Of Head While Masturbating?

A couple of days ago this randomly started to happen? When i start masturbating ( 1 or 2 times a day ) i get extreme pains in the back of my head a couple of minutes into it and it takes a couple of minutes to stop. Please tell me if there is any serious damage happening.

I understand your concern about pain during masturbation.
Masturbation in certain positions may cause back pain, neck pain or pelvic discomfort and extreme fatigue. It may last for hours to days. This occurs due to musculoskeletal reasons.
There is increased muscle tone during sexual excitement while masturbating, which may cause involuntary forceful contraction of group of muscles (cramp). This is painful.
Over the counter oral pain killers with muscle relaxants, warm compress at local area, topical pain relievers usually helps for muscle cramps.
If you have persistent problem, kindly see orthopedics surgeon for this.
