What Causes Pain In Back Of The Shoulder And Middle Of The Chest?

i am 24 .. for last 2 days, i am having a continuous pain in my back( just under the right shoulder) and in the middle of chest( a bit towards right), i thought its because of acidity, so i took a anti acidity suspension ( twice a day),... didnt work .. plz give me suggestion on this

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should undergo chest x ray to rule out lung infection or effusion. In your case you may have right lower zone pneumonia or right pleural effusion. In both these cases due to diaphragm irritation ,referred pain is felt in right shoulder region due to same nerve supply. So to rule out this you need to get done chest x ray. if x ray is normal than you should consult orthopaedic surgeon for shoulder pain.
