What Causes Pain In Back Radiating To Chest?
I have experience pain/pressure that starts in my back, and spreads through my chest. It feels like a balloon is inflating inside me and pressing against my back and lungs. The pain is intense and it is hard to breathe. It has happened 3 times now and each time lasts a little longer. I sometimes vomit, but a burp, even a very slight one will cause the systems to completely dissapate..

you r suffering from ACID PEPTIC DISORDER i.e hyprrsecretion of gastric acid in the stomach,though they may seem but your symptoms are not related to any heart or lungs disorder so dont worry about that aspect...take thefollowing treatment for 3 weeks and you will be perfectly fine
(1) CAPSULE OMEPRAZOLE + DOMPERIDONE once daily before breakfast
(2) TABLET RANITIDINE twice daily
(3) SYRUP GASTRIC ENZYMES 3 teaspoons three times a day after meals
(4) SYRUP DIOVOL-LA 4 teaspoons three times a day after meals
(5) SYRUP SUCRALFATE 2 teaspoons three times a day after meals

I understand your concern.
From the details you have given it appears to be hyperacidity as you have said that you have frequent belching which relives the pain. You may also have a small stomach ulcer that can give rise to this kind of symptoms.
Along with this, pressure kind of feeling, difficulty in breathing and radiation of pain from back to chest is matter of concern. There is a possibility, although little, of having some condition related to heart.
I advise you should consult a doctor and get an ECG done. If there is nothing significant in that, than you can take antacids like omeprazole along with domperidone to get rid of the problem.
