I warmly Welcome you !

PROBABLE CAUSE:-

Gastroesophageal Reflux disease causing reflux of the stomach acid and pain like that. Ulcer in stomach and duodenum also is responsible for such pain.

Stable Angina (heart ischemic pain). Or pain due to infection of the heart covering.

Lungs and lungs covering pain.

I suggest you to consult an Internal Medicine Specialist for complete evaluation and treatment accordingly. Uptol that time take Omeprazole and tylenol by mouth.

Hope it helps. If you need further assistance, contact me anytime.

Regards!
