What Causes Pain In Back, Shoulder Neck And Arms Having Sickle Cell Anemia?

I've got sickle cell anaemia. At the moment, i've got pain in my left upper back, left shoulder, neck and upper arm... very dull pain, and painful when i turn my neck, and very weak in the left arm. test in bed helps the pain, digesic tablets help too for a while. I don't want to go to hospital yet...
