What Causes Pain In Back Side Of The Head With Nausea And Dizziness?

Sorry, I m broke till late tomorrow...they should be honorable and tell the prices up front. I would use the service far more that way. I have chronic migraines. For the last week or more there has been extreme pain in the lower back of my head just above (and sometimes I feel it there too) neck. The pain is intense, when I bend forward it makes me dizzy and or want to toss my cookies. There are some positions that the pain is amazing but I can handle it; and other positions that it feels like it is going to fall off and the pain in my back feels out of control....nausea, dizzy, pain, hard to think, etc. Any ideas?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello

migraine can be associated with nausea but not dizziness. I recommend you to get a MRI brain done and consult a neurologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap, Cardiologist
