What Causes Pain In Backside Of Head While Breathing Through Nose?
hello, i have had a dull pain in the back left side of my head when i breathe in through my nose. It only happens when i breathe through my nose, not my mouth. Anyway, it sort of feels like a burning or muscle pull. i had been lifting weights alot lately, and running. not sure what it could be? i dont have a headache to go along with it.
Pain may be due to occipital neuralgia or turbinate hypertrophy or sinusitis etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Ultracet for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. If no improvement please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
