What Causes Pain In Between Shoulder Blade And Spine During Pregnancy?

Hello I'm a 29 year old female who is 28 weeks pregnant. I've had a severe burning pain in-between my left shoulder blade and spine for about 4 months now that is continually getting worse. It is the most painful while sitting and standing, i do not recall any injury to the area. What could this be and what can I do for it?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion it might be muscular pain.Some type of non specific muscle pains are routinely seen in pregnancy.They subside spontaneously on their own either during pregnancy or after delivery.Take paracetamol for pain.Apply hot fomentation and local irritants like balms for relief.Dont worry.
