What Causes Pain In Both Sides Of The Body?

Both of my sides are sore and burn it also feels like it's something vibrating on the left side. The left hurts a lot worse! The pain goes from a 2 to a 7 then back to a 2. The left been hurting for a couple of days & now the right does too. I can't get comfortable enough to sleep, what's wrong & what can I do for some comfort?
