What Causes Pain In Bottom Of Foot?

2 weeks back, the bottom of my right foot became extremely painful, so I masked it with tylenol. It work for a few days, then the right bottom foot hurt so much that walking was so difficult. I spoke with one doctor, he stated that I sprained my arch. I decided to another doctor, who told me that I suffered from Plantars Fasciitis. He told me to change shoes, and pain killers to control the pain. Now the bottom of right foot is numb, I can not feel anything on my heel or arch. What is happening to me?
