What Causes Pain In Breast And Joint Muscles?

hi,i am 23 years old and i am suffering from PCOD.I got surgery regarding this 6 months back.my last period date was Nov 13,still I didnt get period.From past 6 months my left side brest &left hand joint muscles getting pain,Some times right side also.nipples itching some times.whats the wrong going on.please give suggestion.
