Hi,
I understand your concern.
All of your symptoms suggest incomplete clearing of uterine contents- more possibly because of a blighted ovum( if you had the period in time)/ incomplete abortion ( if menses were delayed )
The foul smell is due to retained blood for long time. It may cause fever too. So to avoid this it's needful to clear your uterus completely( by medicines/ miner surgery)
You should consult a gynecologist earliest.
