What Causes Pain In Bridge Of The Nose?
The bridge of my nose is extremely painful to the touch and uncomfortable otherwise. It is also somewhat swollen. I don t feel as though I have a sinus infection, possibly just seasonal allergies. It has been 3 days so far with no relief. Using steam, hot and cold compresses. Do you have any idea what this could be and advice on how to treat it?

Pain on the bridge of nose along with swelling is very suggestive of a sinus infection and i think you should meet your doctor as soon as possible as you will need to start on a course of antibiotics. Please dont delay as the infection can spread into your eye and can be dangerous. Meanwhile continue steam inhalation and hot compress , they will give you some relief.
