What Causes Pain In Calf Area While Having Lumbar Problems And Lipoma?

I have been having a severe pain in left calf area feels like a tearing sensation. negative for dvt, but pain worsens with sitting in chair at 90 degrees with legs dangling. It doesnt improve with sitting or standing or walking. I have had lumbar issues in the past and do have hot spot sensations, numbness tingling from time to time any ideas? I do also have a lipoma pretty large on left knee area but family MD says would not be causing the pain???

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to poor posture and may not be due to any disease for the lipoma is nothing can be done but this can be removed surgically if this cause any discomfort, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
