What Causes Pain In Cervical Spine And Lower Back?

I have bad fatigue and body weakness, with gastrointestinal issue, anal fissure, asthma and joint pain, chronic cervical spine pain, hip and lower pack pain. Recent blood work done by my Rhumatolagist came back ANA IFA Positive titer 1:320 Nucleolar and HLA-B27 Antigen Present. Xrays of C Spine and Pelvis and Hips are pending. What is or are the possible DX?
