Thank you for writing to Health Care Magic.

Every time you smoke, there are harmful chemicals that are released into your lungs. These chemicals can cause physical damage to the lungs and also the toxins that they release will cause damage.

This damage will cause vasoconstriction and bronchoconstriction due to the release of cytokines. Also, certain chemicals in the cigarettes which cause emphysema. Emphysema is the damage to the alveoli which can lead to pain as well.

Hope this helps you.
