What Causes Pain In Chest Along With Increased Appetite?

Hello recently i have had some problems with what i think is my heart, i have been getting chest pains and my heart has been beating very rapidly, also i get slight pains in my arms feet and fingers, it occurs more commonly at nigt when i am trying to sleep, i have read online and i am not sure whether it is anxiety or Pericarditis or something else, help please
