Pulmonologist 's  Response
thanks for asking your question
i completely understand your problem
you need to consult a pulmonologist who can request a chest xray and rule out organic disease because this kind of pain can be in variety of disease like pleural effusions, lung mass, sarcoid, and it can be just neurogenic
no need to panic
just get a chest xray done and consult a pulmonologist
for the time being you can take some analgesics
thanks/ regards
feel free to ask more questions
may god bless you with good health
