What Causes Pain In Chest And Shoulder Blades After Taking Alcohol?

hi, i am 42 yr old normally healthy female... i am experiencing pain in my chest and deep in my back between shoulder blades day after drinking alcohol, vodka.. the pain can last hours to days... pain is made worse by movement and as my job as a carer involves heavy lifting,pain is made worse... i only drink wkends if im off duty.
