What Causes Pain In Chest Area, Arms And Lower Abdomen?

I am experiencing pain in my chest area and down both arms and into my lower abdominal area. It hurts when I breathe and I am sensitive to the touch. My back is extremely painful. Any help would be gratefully appreciated. its been going on for at least a week. Can anyone help me please?

From the problems listed in your question it is apparent that you are suffering from what is known as painful neuralgias ( inflammed nerves). You must see your physician for the treatment.
