What Causes Pain In Chest Area, Left Shoulder, Neck Though Blood Test, EKG Test, Nuclear Test Passed?

Hello, I am having a hard time understanding whats wrong with me. about 4 months ago I started to feel a dull pain in my left chest area. As weeks went by it grew worst. I had multiple blood work ,multiple ekg tests.I even had a nuclear stress test done and passed it. My left shoulder hurts along with constant chest pain. I used to jog now i cant even exercise. also the back of my neck hurts also my back. i cant lie down without my neck feeling bloated. whats weird is my right ear is ringing.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having frozen shoulder with cervical spondilitis giving you this problem.
Go for x-ray shoulder and cervical spines.
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Physiotherapy and short way diathermy will beof much helpful.
