What Causes Pain In Chest, Arm, Back And Shoulders?

Last night I went to the emergency room with chest pains, pain in my arm, back, shoulder and numbness in my face and left hand. They did an EKG and an heart ensyme test all was normal. I am a diabetic and also was resently tested to have plac in my corotaid arteries. If it wasn't my heart that was the problem what else could it be?
