What Causes Pain In Chest, Back And Legs After An Injury?

My daughter is 11, and was doing cartwheels on the hardwood floor!!! She started spinning around and fell flat on her back! She s a bit dramatic, but there are real tears, she says her chest hurts, her back and her legs hurt. After a bad fall, are these symptoms she might experience?

I really appreciate your concern if the symptoms occurred after the injury then this is very likely else you have to cross her and need to be taken for clinical examination, hope this information helps take care.
