What Causes Pain In Chest, Back, Arm And Between Shoulder Blades?

Hi, ive been having these pains in my chest, it can radiate down my left arm but it's not numbness it's an ache. It often is in my back in between my shoulder blades to. I feel it more in my back, my arm and on the outside of my breast. Can you help me? Any ideas?
