What Causes Pain In Chest Radiating Towards Neck,jaw And Back?

Severe chest pain. Feel like I m in a vice. My heart was fine a year ago when I saw a cardiologist. Did every test. Hearts good. I m having chest pain. Hurts to breathe. Pain travels into my left collar bone, left side of neck & left side of jaw. When pressure is put on my back & chest it seems to help but doesn t take pain away. Pain is bad but gets worse every few minutes.

I really appreciate your concern, if test done for cardiac disease and this is okay then such pain could be due to hyperacidity, and in my opinion this can be best managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Tab Domperidone 30 mg" once in day, hope this helps, take care.
