What Causes Pain In Chest, Shortness Of Breath And Dizziness?

My 18 year old son has been having difficulty breathing in the shower and when he exercises his check tightens and he cannot breath. The same happens when he tries to exercise. This is a sudden change occurring in the past 4 weeks. He had pain in the chest, shortness of breath, dizziness as well. We had a stress echo done and the heart looks good. This morning his feet were blue and after I rubbed them they seemed ok. He s 185, 6 4 . What are my next steps. It seems like a circulation or pulmonary issue.

Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic for your health concern

Since stress echo done have been normal, cardiac issues can be ruled out. However, exercise induced asthma needs to be ruled out. Pulmonary function test followed by methacholine challenge test (if needed) should be done. Please be advised to follow up with your primary care provider to undergo necessary evaluation.
