What Causes Pain In Chest While Breathing?

what causes my chest to hurt sometimes, and little while ago i was laying back in recliner and sat up and it hurt and then when i was breathing. also sometimes my left shoulder hurts but i have been to the hos and all test come back ok. what could cause this.
